The main function of a spring coiling machine is to produce springs, and its working principle involves the collaborative action of multiple key mechanisms and components. These institutions include straightening mechanisms, feeding mechanisms, variable diameter mechanisms, pitch control mechanisms, and cutting mechanisms. Each institution has its specific function and role, working together to ensure the precise manufacturing of springs.

Straightening mechanism: located between the material rack and the feeding roller, consisting of two sets of straightening rollers, the purpose is to eliminate the original bending deformation of the steel wire, ensure that the steel wire can enter the forming machinery straight, and thus improve the accuracy of the spring.

Feeding mechanism: The steel wire is compressed by one or two pairs of feeding wheels, and the rotation of the feeding wheels drives the steel wire to move forward in a straight line. The number of rotations of the feeding wheel is controlled by the number of teeth of the fan-shaped incomplete gear, thereby precisely controlling the length of the feeding.

Variable diameter mechanism: a mechanism that controls the outer diameter of a spring, consisting of two top rods and a variable diameter cam that drives the top rod. As needed, cylindrical springs or variable diameter springs can be produced.

Pitch control mechanism: The pitch of the spring is controlled by a pitch knife and a variable pitch cam to ensure that the effective number of turns and height of the spring meet the requirements.

Cutting mechanism: After the spring is wound and formed, the steel wire is cut to complete the manufacturing process of the spring.

The working process of the spring coiling machine is roughly as follows: firstly, the steel wire or spring steel strip is fed into the spring coiling machine through a fully automatic wire feeder; Then, the bending deformation is eliminated through the straightening mechanism; Next, the feeding mechanism sends the steel wire into the variable diameter and pitch control mechanism to form the desired spring shape; Finally, the cutting mechanism cuts off the produced spring, completing the entire manufacturing process.
